Chief Medical Officer
The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for working closely with the RIQI Board, CEO and COO/CIO to drive strategic initiatives and advance RIQI's mission, vision, and strategic development, particularly as it relates to achievement of health system transformation goals.    The CMO acts in a statewide leadership role to drive and/or participate in projects and initiatives associated with achievement of the triple aim of better care for individuals, better health for populations, and lower per-capita costs.

Director, Communications
The Director of Communications is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing internal and external communications both at a program-level and at the Institute-level to ensure consistency of key messages within and across programs.

Director, Strategy & Development
The Director of Strategy and Development is responsible for working closely with the CEO, COO/CIO, and Chief Medical Officer to drive strategic initiatives and advance RIQI's mission, vision, and strategic development.  This position collaborates with Board members, RIQI Executive Leadership, and other Directors to achieve results and maximize RIQI-level efficiency as well as external organizations and initiatives to advance statewide goals for healthcare system transformation.

Senior Associate, REC (Program Development)
This position will be responsible for aiding in the strategic development and implementation of projects to support the RI Regional Extension Center (RI REC) business goals. This will include the creation and implementation of customized training programs and educational curriculum development on a wide variety of healthcare topics designed for various audiences, including providers.  The RI REC was formed from a federal grant program to advance the use of electronic health records (EHR's) throughout the state of Rhode Island.  RI REC's mission has expanded and it is now our distribution channel for all RIQI provider programs and services. RI REC's goal is to assist all providers in Rhode Island through enrollment in RI REC programs, education, and training.

Associate, Information Technology
This position will be responsible for assisting staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications, mobile devices, and related technology. Support includes responding to service requests for the specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines and also assists in the maintenance and testing of network servers and associated equipment. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. This position utilizes one-on-one consultancy to end users and IT staff.

Associate, Business/Systems Analysis
This position will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.  The Associate, Business/Systems Analysis will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.

Associate, REC (Community Outreach)
This position will be responsible for coordinating existing and new initiatives designed to promote the organization, RI REC, and its various programs and services to the provider community.   Health Information Technology Initiatives include but are not limited to the RI Regional Extension Center (RI REC), currentcare, RI's Health Information Exchange service, Direct Adoption, and EHR Adoption.  The RI REC was formed from federal grants to advance the use of Health Information Technology throughout the state of Rhode Island.

Senior Associate, Project Management
This position will be responsible for planning and executing projects related to the implementation of infrastructure supporting the exchange of health information among physical and behavioral health providers.

Associate, Healthcare Data Analyst
The Healthcare Data Analysis function supports data management, analytics, and reporting activities for RIQI in support of its healthcare analytics functions and capabilities. The Data Analyst validates, transforms, and analyzes healthcare data and represents the analytic output as charts, graphs, pivot tables, dashboards, and correlations using graphics tools in Excel or other analytic and presentation software, including novel data visualization techniques. The Analyst performs comparative and correlative analyses that make inferences for community discussion and collaboration. The Analyst creates and modifies Dashboards and Pivot tables using business intelligence tools (InterSystems DeepSee) and modifies the data model as necessary.

Associate, Data Quality & Reporting
The Data Management function is responsible for operational aspects associated with data quality, use, and reporting.  This position develops and executes plans, policies, and practices that control, protect, deliver, and enhance the value andintegrity of the company's data and information assets.  This position also conducts data quality assurance, evaluation, and reporting.  This role includes monitoring and maintaining the quality of the company's databases, generating operational reports, analyzing data, and trouble-shooting discrepancies.

Associate, Operations
This position is an essential role in the operations of RIQI's health information technology programs. The Associate in Operations is the community-facing voice of RIQI providing information to physicians, patients, and partners about RIQI and its' programs. The Associate answers patient questions, assisting them through enrollment and program activities, and processing their requests. This position also assists physicians with enrollment and utilization of program services and facilitates information exchange, program reimbursement, and milestone management.
